Most AI courses are either too technical (built for engineers) or too shallow (a prompt-writing workshop). We sit in the middle: no code, but real tools. We also insist your whole leadership team enrolls together, because AI adoption fails when one exec is enthusiastic and the rest are skeptical.
Expect 3–4 hours per week: one 90-minute live session, one 60-minute Friday clinic, and 30–60 minutes of async practice. We designed it to fit around a C-suite calendar, not replace it.
We focus on Claude (chat, Code and Cowork), ChatGPT, and whichever workflow tools you already use: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Linear, etc. The goal is fluency with the best tools, not a tour of every tool.
