Founders who got AI-ready

What founders and C-suite operators say after our courses.

★★★★★
"Learning how to use AI with Helene and John had a real impact on the way I work. I've been wanting to try out the different tools but didn't get beyond AI chats until the course. Highly recommend for any leader."
Alexandra Isenegger

★★★★★
"I had no idea where to get started and was confused with all the model names. The intro was very clear, and I now feel very confident on how to understand the different Claude chat/code/Cowork, and how to create new tools that work for me."
Julia Puig
Julia Puig

★★★★★
"John and Helene make concepts easy to understand and implement. The course makes it practical to take AI skills like Claude Cowork to a new level. I used AI like ChatGPT and Claude, even basics in Claude Code before, but now I work even smarter. If you learn one thing from the course it can change the rest of your life, given the impact of AI on our daily lives. Think of it that way."

"After the course I now only dictate tasks and skills to Claude on my phone, and my laptop manages my workflows as a real chief of staff. John and Helene are excellent teachers."

Who the course is (and isn't) for

A quick gut-check before you apply.

This is for you if…

  • You're a startup founder or C-suite, seed to Series A
  • You're chatting with AI. That's not enough. You want to go from prompting to building, confident with Claude Code, scrappy by design, AI-native for real
  • You're confused about whether to fire or hire, and don't even know where to start
  • AI keeps coming up in board meetings and you want to lead the conversation
  • Your leadership team is not aligned on AI and it's costing you speed
  • At least one of you is non-technical and wants to feel confident, not dependent
  • You've experimented with AI tools but have no coherent strategy behind it
  • You want the whole C-suite on the same page at the same time

This isn't for you if…

  • You want personalised AI upskilling for your team (DM Helene →, we've worked with clients on this)
  • You want a purely technical deep-dive designed for engineers
  • Your team already has a working, company-wide AI strategy
  • You want pre-recorded content you can watch alone at your own pace
The shift

You're chatting with AI. That's not enough.

In 1h45 you'll go from prompting to building. Confident with Claude, scrappy by design, AI-native for real.

  • Spotting which workflows are worth automating first
  • Setting up a Cowork Project with the right files
  • Adding connectors: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack
  • Building the agent step by step, live

Workflow runbook

Step-by-step doc you keep alongside your agent, so the workflow stays robust as it scales.

Outcome

You leave with one live AI workflow already running for you, plus the pattern to build the next ten.

What They Built

Real projects, built by leaders, in a few sessions

None of these founders were engineers before the course. Here's what they shipped.

Sales
Sales training tool
A founder connected Calendar, Gmail, Granola and Claude to analyse every sales call, surfacing the exact gaps in her pitch and coaching her team on what to fix.
Calendar Gmail Granola Claude
Strategy
Competitor analysis agent
An automated agent that scans competitor sites, pricing pages, LinkedIn and product updates every week, and delivers a crisp strategic summary to the C-suite.
Web LinkedIn Claude
Marketing
Full interactive website
One founder replaced her Squarespace + Typeform + Calendly stack with a single AI-built site. More flexible, faster, and cutting about £250 per month in software costs.
HTML/CSS Claude Stripe
Operations
Personal chief of staff
A daily agent that triages the inbox, prepares every meeting with context on the person, and surfaces the three things the founder actually needs to decide that day.
Gmail Calendar LinkedIn Cowork
Finance
Monthly investor update
An agent that pulls revenue and retention from Mixpanel, Shopify, Klaviyo and RevenueCat, then drafts the monthly investor email in the founder's own voice, ready for a 2-minute edit.
Mixpanel Shopify Klaviyo RevenueCat Claude
People
Hiring pipeline manager
Candidate triage, structured interview notes, and shortlist summaries, all generated automatically so the leadership team only spends time on the top 10%.

AWS cost cutter
A founder pointed an agent at their AWS bill. Within a week it had flagged idle resources, right-sizing wins and forgotten dev environments, worth about £5k a month in savings.

Personal brand assistant
An agent that reads every newsletter the founder subscribes to, tracks relevant LinkedIn profiles, then suggests content topics, drafts the copy in her voice, and produces a near-ready image to publish with it.

FAQs

Our most popular questions

Is this for a specific type of founder or leader?

AIReady Leaders is designed for founders first, and for startup C-suites and leadership teams: COOs, Heads of Product, Marketing, Ops, People. If you're responsible for outcomes and your team is looking at you to set the AI direction, this is for you. No technical background required.

What will I actually be able to do after the course?

You'll leave with a working set of personal AI tools, a prompt library you can reuse, and at least one workflow integration running for you. More importantly, you'll leave with the confidence to keep building without us.

Who teaches the course?

Helene Guillaume and John, both operators who've spent the last two years embedded in how frontier AI is actually used inside fast-moving companies.

How is this different from other AI courses?

Most AI courses are either too technical (built for engineers) or too shallow (a prompt-writing workshop). We sit in the middle: no code, but real tools. And we're people you can relate to, operators running the same playbook ourselves, not lecturers.

How long is the course?

1h45 of live content, packed: ~50 minutes on prompt engineering, ~55 minutes on building a workflow integration. You leave with a recording, the prompt library, and the templates we used during the session.

What tools will we learn?

We focus on Claude (chat, Code and Cowork), and whichever workflow tools you already use: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Linear, Gmail, Calendar. The goal is fluency with the best tools, not a tour of every tool.

Can I bring my whole leadership team?

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Ask us about team rates for 3+ seats. The course lands best when execs go through it together.

What if I can't make the live session?

The course is recorded and you'll have access to all materials afterwards. That said, the magic is in the live working session, so come if you can.

When is the next course?

Thursday 21 May 2026, 14:00 to 15:45 BST. Places are limited to keep the group focused. We'll open the next dates shortly after.

What's the refund policy?

Once you've booked, you have 48 hours to cancel for a full refund. After that window closes, your place is confirmed.

Should you fire yourself, or upskill?

One of those happens this decade. Next course is Thursday 21 May, 14:00 BST. Places are limited. Book in under 5 minutes.
